Consecration is definitely the most 'balanced' of the three in my opinion in terms of overall sourness. However, you pretty much can't make a beer too sour for me and I think supplication is my favorite. Make sure you let them all warm/open up a good amount, or at least drink them really slowly. The first few sips may seem one-dimensional; their beers really expand in flavor an incredible amount as you drink them.
Also if you're interested in more sours, I cannot recommend Cascade Brewing enough.

You can get bottles shipped to your door (assuming you're not in a law with dumb shipping laws). Also if you act now, you may be able to get bottles of the Bourbonic Plague, a soured, oaked, bourboned, porter which is probably my favorite beer I have ever tasted, so damn good.
