It looks identical to the first film, almost shot for shot. Tom flies plane upside down. Tom wears jacket and shades. Tom rides bike next to plane taking off. Tom proves irresistible to attractive woman. Tom goes to funeral. Tom saves the day.
Sounds a winning formula based on the track record.

Oh unless the reviews are complete ****, I’m definitely seeing it. Top Gun led to dreams of being a fighter pilot, which manifested only by playing lots of flight sims.
A fun throwback to the original kinda in the spirit of Friday overall a fun time I actually laughed a few times . . .
I Found I am mother way way to long and not anywhere near able to hold my attn, a far better Film with very similar premise I found was
Aladdin was actually fairly decn't and not as bad as I went in thinking it might be worth a watch IMO . . .
Anna is in the top running for best films I've seen this Year deep story line that keeps You thinking and Great Action never a dull moment Check it out . . .
Lucid is that a Netflix hit? I pay to watch the best on the big screen. Never heard of that movie. Will check it out on one of the many free online streaming services they have now.
I love to watch a Awesome movies on the big screen "Lion King" was Amazing Next up is "Once Upon a time in Hollywood" Next weekend
The original was notable for being one of those great movies that can be watched just as well with the sound off. As long as the second has jets, bikes, hot chicks and sunsets at Miramar, it should be a good movie.
I disagree completely. I finally got around to seeing it a few days ago and thoroughly enjoyed myself. In fact, I've seen it twice now in the last three days. I went by myself Thursday because I noticed that that was the final showing at the multiplex nearest my house in Coconut Grove; however, I noticed yesterday that it was still playing in nearby Coral Gables, so I took my wife to see it last night and she enjoyed it as much as I did. There's a reason that Yesterday has an audience score of 89 on Rotten Tomatoes.
Now, it's no cinematic masterpiece, but it's a charming little romcom with fantastic music. Not to mention that I am now completely in love with the terminally cute and absolutely adorable Lily James.
Agree with DC. Saw it this weekend, thought it was great. Actually funnier than I thought it would be. I'm a massive Beatles fan, listen to their albums all the time, and oddly, the movie emphasized for me just how amazing their music is, as if somehow I didn't already know that.
Midsommar was pretty good. Great tone..."pastoral horror" is something we don't see too much of. Much better than the filmmaker's last movie, Hereditary, which I did not like.
I agree and no spoilers guys. Apparently, those on the internet that have seen early viewing for the Tarantino film have already been spreading the ending. Let's wait until we all see it here and then discuss.
Midsommar I did want to see. Several reviewers online said it was very violent. Maybe on that one.
I'm not usually one to get worked up about spoilers but if someone posts spoilers about once upon a time in hollywoo they should be tarred and feathered.

I'm unlikely to see it until long after it hits the theaters, but I'd still prefer not to see spoilers here.
His performance in my favorite movie is a seminal moment in my development as a film geek. But to be remembered for this performance - for this scene - is not a bad thing at all.
Has anyone ever been cast more perfectly for a movie than Rutger Hauer as Roy Batty? Somewhat rhetorical for me but I think it might be interesting to hear some other candidates.
We shouldn't expect historical accuracy from the director of a WWII film who had a band of Jewish U.S. soldiers concoct and execute a plan to kill Nazi officers, including killing Hitler and Goebbels in a movie theater in Paris in 1944?
