Hello loungers. I'm here to satisfy my nerd for human interaction. This is day 7 of an 8 day farm sitting job. Goats chickens cat dog. The dog is 1.5 years old. First time we met it was a bark and growl festival. She doesn't like men and is very jumpy, skiddish, and untrusting. Its over an hour from home but I've been making monthly trips here in an attempt to make friends. Seemed to be going well enough for the real test this week.

She requested petting Sunday morning and has been maturing right before my eyes ever since.

redeye will see low 100's for days on end.
ill see some as i am on the fringe of it but i have air conditioning and can jump in the cold river anytime i want..

9am my time and it is 66 degrees at my house. High yesterday at home was a sizzling 73 degrees. So, I went for a walk on the beach to cool off, the temperature was 60 degrees.

And the sobbing crybabies in the Northwest have no idea what real heat is; when the high is 105 and the low, just before the sun comes up, is 90 degrees. I lived in the Phoenix area for 4 years long ago. To get an accurate description of real sustained hot weather you need to see a graph profile of a complete 24 hour day.
