My GF had 4 and I had 2 when we moved in together. One died last year. We also have 2 rabbits. It's a freakin' zoo up in here.

Maybe Phat Mack can answer, but I just came across the weirdest baseball team name of all time: the Amarillo Sod Poodles. What the hell is a sod poodle?

Ford Motors hired poet Marianne Moore to name its new car. She submitted many names, such as Corolla and Diamante. Ford decided to go with Edsel.

Heard a story on the radio about the "advanced weapons detection" system that Detroit contracted for. Used to screen entrants to their July 4 fireworks show this year.

Near the end, the reporter said something to the effect of, "we'll see more of these at events where a large crowd is expected."

Super disappointed that wasn't followed up with something like, "so don't worry, Lions fans."

There are days when I feel like getting dead drunk, but that has happened in at least 35 years. I've been a little tipsy a few times, but that's usually after a couple glasses of wine after not eating all day.

Weather has been perfct this week. Just spent a couple of hours sitting on the deck reading, listening to music and sipping on a beer. I expect I will have a few more beers tonight

But I won't be watching baseball, I can't bear it anymore! My team (White Sox) are just too depressing. Came into the season with tons of promise but no performance. Too many injuries and a senile manager. Maybe they can get a winning streak going if I quit watching for a while? Doubtful but its all I got at this point. At least the Cubs suck even worse
