Just got back from a nice 6 mile trek through the nearby forest preserves and it was wonderful. Did one yesterday too. The weather has been absolutely perfect this weekend with pure sunshine, mid 70's and little humidity. July usually isn't like that so I took advantage. Walking is my form of meditation and deep thought.

Thanks. I'm really okay, and friends and family have been wonderful, driving me back and forth, visiting, and generally helping in any way they can. It's just lacking the freedom that comes with driving, and even though everyone offers help, I hate asking for it.

But I can drive in another month, going back to teaching, which I love.

And thank you again. Whoever you are. I appreciate your concern.
