From Blade Runner:

Gaff shouting to Deckard "It's too bad she won't live, but then again, who does?" followed by Deckard finding an origami unicorn as he and Rachael leave.

Not one of my favorites but highly popular: Roy's monologue in the rain aka The Tears in the Rain Soliloquy

How about the scene when he is slapping Faye Dunaway around trying to get her to tell the truth & she says "Its my daughter - It's my sister - Its my daughter - Its my sister"

Then "It's my Daughter & My Sister" - understand now - or is it too tough for you"?

Kingpin, "who's your biggest threat in the tournament?" "Me, if I get drunk, fall down, and hurt myself, I might lose."

This Usual Suspects scene is one of the greatest movie endings.

If you live under a rock and have not seen this movie but plan to then do not watch this clip.

Field of dreams

When Ray Kinsella drops Terrance Mann off back at his place after forcing him to watch a ball game. I forgot the whole dialogue but basically Terrance wanted to know what Ray Kinsella saw, and Ray says "the voice told me the old mans done enough" or something along those lines, Mann smirks and gets out of the van.

It's pitch black outside and the only light we see is from the VW headlights, and the point of view is from inside the cab. Ray Kinsella pulls a U-ey and right as Ray has almost come around, Terrance Mann is standing directly in front of the VW blocking Rays path. And then Mann tells Ray what they both saw and Ray jumps out of the van and says something like "I knew it, I knew you saw it"

another unforgettable scene is the ending where Terrance makes his speech. Great movie

And the scene from Donnie Darko where he's at the party, everything clicks, and he's able to see people's energy. Such an awesome scene. Unfortunately there was only one clip on youtube of this scene and it was horrible quality.
