I work out a lot and am muscular. I’ve been an athlete my entire life. I love Robert Graham shirts. I love the bold, colorful patterns. However, they seem to be made for skinny guys. Anyone here know of similar styles for guys with thick chests and shoulders?

I've been wearing Robert Graham shirts (and hats) for years, and although I don't work out as strenuously as I did in my younger days, I've rarely had a problem with fit. Are you aware that RG shirts come in several different "fits"? You can order them in the Classic Fit, Tailored Fit, Big Fit, or Tall Fit. If you can't find a fit in a store that works for you, you can ask them to order it for you. Alternatively, you can just shop on line from RG itself and order what you need.

If none of their fits work for you off the rack, another option would be to purchase a shirt that is a size or two too large for you (they go up to 5XL) and then have it tapered as needed by a tailor. That way it should be large/wide enough for your upper body, but won't hang on you.
