UPDATE:

Baby #1 birthday is coming up this Saturday and we just found out the sex of baby #2 today.

On August 14th my wife is scheduled to have a C section to deliver our little boy.

Plus a few pics of baby #1, just because I love her so much.

We're about 5-6 weeks away from our 3rd.

The newbie is already 5lbs, we dont know what it is either. (I already have a boy and a girl). They were 9.1 and 8.5 lbs... NATURAL.

sigh, wife is preggo again. I made a post in the unmentionable forum about it. Damn, one time in 9 months and she's pregnant. No, we had sex more than one time. but we were using condoms cause she didn't want to go back on the pill since we were going to have another soon anyway.

I am thrilled. Just wanted to space them out over more than 18 months.

Little Otis Raymond is home safely following 20 hours of labor and a subsequent C-section. Mom is doing well, and so is baby. What a set of lungs he has!

He weighed in at 8 lb. 3 oz. and measured 19" long. His great-grandmother and I are convinced it should have been 20" because his leg was bent during the measurement. Small matter, though,

Well, we missed tax day (18+ hours of labor), but he's here! Born at 12:24 am on 16-Apr. 7 lbs., 3 oz. He's so new, and the maternity wing was so backed up, he still hasn't been measured yet. Mommy and baby are beat up, but healthy and resting.

We're expecting our first (a girl) on April 28... The doctor has already said "we want to have this baby in April" -- meaning they'll probably suggest that we induce before the end of the month if our little one doesn't make her debut before that...

Anyway... the waiting game is definitely a bit stressful, especially since this is all totally new to us. I've only changed a diaper in a simulation in our "infant skills"class...

Any "final few days before" and "first few days after" tips for a first-time dad?
