I was a total space nerd as a kid. Kept National Geographic, newspaper, whatever articles, everything I could get my hands on.
I remember the Apollo project, but not 11--I remember Mom calling us in to come watch the ship take off. I assume that was from the last mission, because she knew we were done going, but don't have that specific of a memory.
If anyone knows where the back lot is from 1969, that version would be an acceptable alternative.
