1. from 10% to 15%, if you exchange them at the right place
2. I don't think they need to be crisp new, all denominations are good
3. I don't know, but besides taxes we are dealing with very strong protectionism, which means imports are even rarer, so it doesn't sound like a bad idea, apple stuff is hard to get at the moment, best idea would be to contact some potential buyers beforehand
