Punta del Este's conrad casino is all in USD. Stakes up to 25/50 but i'm sure you could get a 50/100 running if you tried, enough ballers who'll jump in the game cuz they don't are about a couple thousands. Not sure about the rake but if i recall correctly it was 5% uncapped

- you'll have to get in & out the country every 3 months, or you might try and overdo your passport and pay a fee on the way out of the country but overdoing your time by more then 2,5 years seems ridic and might get you into trouble?
- i think general consensus is still that setting up a bankaccount while on travel visum is (as good as) impossible! Unless you obtain a working/studying visa, i don't think it's an option.
