I am in buenos aires too. I have been a professional for 3 years and traveled for the past 1.5; playing in hostels and hotels in many different countries.

Can you fix the facebook thing, so that i can join the dinner on tuesday? How expensive will dinner be approx? (I don't for myself, but i might bring some girls, and don't want to pay for them too).

All right. I know a really good place, called "cafe San Juan" in San Telmo: San Juan 450. It's a bit expensive (like 50-70 pesos for a main course), but the staek is supposed to better than at "El Desnivel" (we could go there as well; it's a bit cheaper, but very crowded and a tad touristy). should use this site, it's so much better. I'd say not to make reservations. Last week there was no one at the dinner and i just went to get some food w another friend.

small thing, since all ppl are in palermo, i noticed that the chosen restaurants always tend to be in palermo up to recoleta area and surroundings but not so far away.. (well yea, the last times i've been here) Think it might be a reason for some guys to stay in if they need to go that far. Just my opinion tho, might be wrong

Hey guys, I'm planning on visiting Buenos Aires for three weeks in January, something like the 3rd though the 23rd. Does anyone have an extra room / bed I'd be able to rent out during that time? PM me with any info, thanks in advance.

Either way, hopefully we can meet up and you can show me around a bit when I get down there. I'm so excited!

ETA: If I can't find a spare room from one of you guys, I'd also appreciate tips on finding a solid hotel or hostel.

Ok theres an american couple living next door, and they`re mooving on fabruary to San Isidro, so their appartment will be available for renting.
The place is in Belgrano, the street Av. El cano and Freire.
I dont know how much the rent is, but if anyone is intrested I can give the owners number.

It has one bedroom, living room, and a little patio. I assume they have wi-fi or cable modem, but I dont really know.
Its 6 blocks away from Cabildo and Virrey del Pino, like 15 away from Chacarita.

I need your help:

I travel with a bigger group of players to Bueonos Aires from 23. February until 10. March. We are at least 6 people and at maximum 9.

My Job is to organize a flat for us.

We would like to spend at max. 60$ a person a night and we don´t want to share queen size beds.

A friend recommended Palermo and Recoleta. Are these areas good for us?

Also i plan to live in BA if i like the city, so it would be nice if i could stay at the same area for travelling like i would for living...
