We can choose one from restaurant.com.ar if you want to.
What's the average ammount you spend for dinner in the Tuesday's meetings?

hey guys,
my trip around the world will bring me to buenos aires prob on Friday, if my flight doesn't get canceled again. I stay till 18.11. and have no idea what to do and where to live. I'm 24 and grind nl100, so I would prefer a hostel where you can meet a lot of young people over some fancy hotel.
Also i think S.O.J.A. is playing a show on the 11th, so if anyone likes reggae music lemme know, i am definitely going.
I cant really read the whole thread, as I'm in habana right now. any help is really appreciated, also it would be great to meet some 2p2ers, so if you meet sometime I'm most likely in.

There's a great municipal course in Parque 3 de Febrero designed by the same guy who designed Augusta National 70+ years ago. It costs $7.50 and it's damn good.

well, it was still interesting. just not very touristy. except that we made the mistake of eating at a touristy restaurant which just meant normal food at tourist prices. but the girl there assumed that we spoke portuguese when she realized we didn't understand what she said, so I guess we're doing something right about not being obnoxious americans that everyone can spot from a mile away. =p

I've got a tennis racket now btw, so we need to get out sometime.

also, apparently yesterday was tuesday again. I tend to forget about that.

Sweet, sounds good. It's nice and works perfectly, I just don't want to travel with it.

Does anybody have an extra ticket (or two) to any of the upcoming Boca games? I'd be up for going with somebody or if you have two, I can take both.

I stayed in a hostel there called the Lemon Spirit hostel which was pretty clean, located not far from Ipanema beach and was pretty cheap. I'm sure you won´t have problems finding things to do. Rio Take normal precautions, don't carry unnecessary money, don't do things to draw attention.

stay at least one night in lapa. stay two actually. lapa is insane and the real brazil. stay here:

www.brazilhostel.com

Get a throw away wallet, a lock, and keep minimal cash on you. Getting robbed is a high possibility but just make sure they don't get much. Upload your photos daily so you don't lose them incase your camera gets jacked. And enjoy the place, Brazil is real latin america.

I'm going to spam this one more time. I still have a Dell 24" Monitor for sale. I need to sell it before Wednesday. Sooooooooo I'll sell it for $250USD if anybody wants it. <---good deal. I think you could sell it for twice that if you had a week or two. So view it as a money making opportunity! It works like a charm. I bought it brand new for $700 13 months ago. It is the DELL 2408WFP model. Send me a pm if you're interested. I don't want to carry this thing around the globe.

There was interest to play a home game between the attendants to the last Tuesday dinner, so who is in for it? I'm in.
I have a friend that is a recreational player that is also in.
I'd say to make the game the smaller size a player wants to play, so any one can join.
So, who is in???
