Let me know what you think.

I suspect you've seen these both but

Headhunters - Norwegian thriller - might be heavier on action than you're looking for.

The Gift - Good, original psychological thriller.

AMC Town Square? At least according to their site.

Word is that's how it should be viewed.

Seeing 70mm IMAX Dunkirk on Thursday night

I am not worthy

RBK, my recommendation of Memories of Murder was in response to your post.

I got an email as an Amazon prime member that this movie was made by Amazon or probably at least financed by them. While I want to see it my attitude is "why bother?"

Being an Amazon product means it will show up on my Prime sooner rather than later after it leaves theaters. I save my theater going for big screen epics and stuff that is enhanced by the theater experience which I am guessing is not in play here.

Headhunters is so good. Managed to make a very simple cat and mouse concept fresh and interesting

So I'm doing some work online and have the TV on in the background....on HBO, Revenge of the Nerds IV is playing - I had no idea there was a 4th Revenge of the Nerds! So I leave it on.

It is perhaps the oddest movie I have ever seen. Certainly weirder than a Revenge of the Nerds movie should be. Absolutely bizarre. Like if aliens saw human movies and decided to give it a go.

yup, as far as I'm concerned I've already paid to see this movie, definitely not going to pay twice.

I'm actually the only person out of the people I went to see it with and the many people on twoplustwo who've talked about it who didn't love Headhunters. But it fits RBK's request and is on Netflix as is Phoenix. I imagine he'll like them both.

I really liked Headhunters...when the main character is trapped in the outhouse and the bad guy is coming for him....his solution was amazing. I never would've thought of that. Even if I had, I would've probably just decided to get killed instead. Yuck.

Can't believe I've got to wait 32 more years for this but looking good.

This is exactly why we get 100 awful comic book movies for every good movie.

town square is only showing the 70mm, they're separately showing a digital print on their imax screen

it's a fake imax anyway, only true imax in vegas is the brenden theater at the palms hotel

Reviews finally coming out for Dunkirk.

96 on Metacritic through 20 reviews, it is pretty much guaranteed to be fricking awesome.

Cannot. Wait. Til. Thursday.

The Big Sick was perfect. The line

Spoiler:
We lost 19 of our best men

was the hardest I've laughed in a theater in quite a while.

Agree that Baby Driver was overrated--enjoyable but nothing amazing.

I lost it when he said that. Definitely the line of the movie.
