had to read this crap in school and talk about how great it was. couldnt understand a word of it and still cant and dont care.
chauser or some with him nut wrote this in the english language no less:

Whan that Aprill with his shoures soote
The droghte of March hath perced to the roote,
And bathed every veyne in switch licour
Of which vertu engendred is the flour;
Whan Zephirus eek with his sweete breeth
Inspired hath in every holt and heeth
The tendre croppes, and the yonge sonne
Hath in the Ram his half cours yronne,
And smale foweles maken melodye,
That slepen al the nyght with open ye
(So Priketh hem Nature in hir corages),
Thanne longen folk to goon on pilgrimages,
And palmeres for to seken straunge strondes,
To ferne halwes, kowthe in sondry londes;
And specially from every shires ende
Of Engelond to Caunterbury they wende,
The hooly blisful martir for to seke,
That hem hath holpen whan that they were seeke”

howse that bob 14.8 which should be 14.1

When positioned interminably in one spot at a Mickey Dee's drive-thru, do not holler that displeasure out your window. It could scar another motorist-diner for life.

whoops, too late.

Cemeteries have reopened over here. B#1 has just been to see Mum and Dad, they haven’t moved, the lazy buggers.

Well, I saw another old friend today. So drinking with friends two days in a row. Much better than staring at the four walls.

Good for you, John. Happy Fourth of July. Mine has been fun with lots of good food and drinks. And a beautiful day on the coast.

july 4th is generally the considered start of summer up here in montana. the rivers go down and become fishable and floatable for the masses of tubers.

i get to watch fireworks out my windows as i overlook the valley and its a big thing here and some have massive displays that rival the cities fireworks shows.

No fireworks displays in RI this year. And I love fireworks. And 4th of July usually.

But I miss the parties. For years we all got together at Tim and Lynn's house, but Tim and Lynn cancelled three years ago when Tim was sick with cancer. He died that next October, so we haven't got together on 4th of July since. So for the last three years, my dear friend has invited me to her sister's house, but this year her sister cancelled because of Covid.

So I went to see my best friend in the world and had a few drinks in Tim's memory. My niece also got engaged today.

No, definitely not. My secretary is happily married and a trusted friend.

Same here, I am very protective of women and would never do anything that would hurt them

I've told him this on multiple occasions. He refuses to listen.
