That's how the pros do it.

mack here is the best swing ever for the old times.

and this is worth gold watching

the biggest thing that helped my game was learning to keep the club head square all through the take away especially. and keeping the left wrist straight with the arm and club going back.
and for me releasing my wrists at the right time. as a kid i read bryron nelsons book and he said dont worry about releasing your wrists that happens automatically. well it didnt for me and all those things i said and did not do right gave me a life time slice which it took me year before i made into a positive fade. which when controlled keeps your ball on the fairway every time. which for an amateur is better than max distance.

I was raised a Catholic by my Catholic mother and had to go to church on Sunday with my mom, grandmother, and brothers. My dad was raised as a Baptist, but never went to church. Instead, he played golf with three of my uncles on Sunday. I grew up to adopt his religion.

Stack and tilt swings are perfect for some people. Basically you lay the club off before the backswing starts. Hogan swing uses a cocked leading wrist at the top of the backswing, and the downswing is initiated by moving the leading hand toward the ground, otherwise known as laying the club off.

Or, grip it and rip it.

Think I posted this in my blog, “Don’t ever cross me, I will assume you are a catholic priest and are going to sexually assault me”

Nice fluid swing schlitz.

8 days in a row no golf ends Sunday. I have a minor swing change that I’m implementing during my retreat in the country side.

I fully expect more consistent ball striking and massive distance gain.
thx, mang. you're clearly an obsessive golf weirdo with topographical data on every putting green within a 50-mile radius, so appreciate the feedback

Ray Ray, I still intend to deliver on that selfie of my coworker and I wearing our PPE and nothing else

@John - Golf is a Religion? The way some people yap it up, I suppose so. I know fishing is a religion, so why not Golf; I guess.

I don't think it's a religion, but it's a better way to spend Sunday morning.

Bernard Darwin, who wrote the wonderful Golf Courses of the British Isles, was Charles Darwin's grandson.

golf makes much more sense and has killed far fewer people than any other religion.

My brother once spit my head open by smashing it with a putter, accidentally. So I can believe the figures

This implies to me that many golfers are really stupid people.

We gotta be.

Jings Zeno, have you seen what clothes they wear? I think that we can take “Golfers; innate stupidity of “ as a given

Friday night plans? Prime ribeye on the grill and homemade onions rings in the deep fryer all to be washed down with copious amounts of cheapass domestic beer while watching crapola on Netflix. Now that we are sorta in quasi lockdown #2 I guess this is as good as it gets. Of course this would still be the plan in a virus free world.

dont let zeno know you drink cheap beer. he is a connoisseur of beer and would be appalled with you. its friday and he will be snockered so wont see it till maybe monday.

Just this afternoon/early evening played 12 holes for 18$. Pretty good value. I walked up to the 1st tee, whereat 3 youngins, all in their late 20s and with 2 carts, were poised to play the 1st hole, and asked to join them. We had an absolute blast.

Started cramping on the 12th hole, so it worked out perfectly. Walked most of the holes, but hitched a ride on the 1 cart with a vacancy late in the day.

3 pars, 6 boges and 3 others iiirc. the 3 holes on the back nine, I carded 2 pars and a boge, so was playing better with a cart and once I was worn-out.
