Closest thing I could find to my watch without the complete series name. Mine's got a digital monitor too, though.

Much thanks in advance.
Hamilton has some nice pieces in that range. I know you can get the x-wind or field chronograph on rubber for under 1k, not sure about a bracelet. You might be able to find a good deal out there though.

I think the x-wind is like 44mm and the field chrono i know they have a 42.

any other suggestions for sporty watches? i am looking to buy one sometime this spring/summer. prob looking mostly at divers? and maybe want a rotating bezel since none of my current watches have one.
IWC make my fav watches...but i'd dump the 2nd gold-highlighted one and get the aquatimer. you don't need 2 dressy iwcs...the port chrono is already doing that. or sell both of those and upgrade to the port auto (if u want a watch with a date). breitling has the superocean chrono which prolly utilize the same movement as that iwc if u don't want 3 iwcs.

anyways look at some JLCs divers too since u like iwc & panerai and they all fall under that richemont umbrella.

so yea...since i'm spending ur money...i'd sell both ur current iwcs and get the iwc portuguese, then i'd get the iwc aquatimer ceramic/breitling superocean chrono (bracelet) or a JLC diver

I am buying this now (which is why I am ditching the one listed above.. just don't wear it much I dig the bigger faced watches)

Then I have my eyes set on one of these two;

I thought this one was kind of cool too (and non-standard color face);

Corum makes so many better timepieces than this one (as per the elite video links I posted earlier ITT - go watch them; they're cool), but I agree that this one is basically the Phil Hellmuth cap of the watch world.

On an unrelated note, I approve of more Zenith watches being posted ITT. And furthermore, because I'm a huge nerd, I am also a big fan of Ulysse Nardin.

There's a Ulysse Nardin ad in this month's Cigar Aficionado that just made me wet my pants. And that's after I saw the huge IWC ad on the back cover.

I saw this Ulysse Nardin watch posted on a watch blog

It's mechanical and indicates time, position of moon, phase of moon, position of sun, tide, date, and has a GMT hand

Here's a youtube marketing video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z6iDRX6jxw

Price: 50,000 euros.. lol

Yo.

unrelated to quote but.....

I trusted you last time and couldn't be happier with your advice.

So come to you again.

Lookin for somethin in similar price range (max $1500ish, prefer under $1K).

I know this is range covers like a million watches on the internet but like I said I trust your style and recommendation alot cause I freakin love my Hamilton you linked me to.

Want the face 44 or 45. My newest is 42 but I don't think I'd mind it bigger. Is 2mm much of a difference or if I want it to be noticeably bigger should I go even bigger?

Also..... I'm kinda debating getting a metal band or black leather. I have both black leather and metal band watches already but they aren't very nice.

I'm kinda thinkin my ideal choice atm would be somethin 44-45mm, black leather strap, automatic, with some cool clasp (like the last one you linked me to), with a white face.

I know it's super random and could be a million diff watches but I don't know watches like you seem to.

BTW i said sup to you the other day at the tables.... no love back

thanks and gl

Yeah, i am going to think of it more as a trophy than a watch that i would wear out. The underside looks cool, but the face and bubble effect don't. But it is a cool shelf watch imo, just not wearable.

if i can get a decent price on trade or just selling my portofino chrono i think im gonna do that + some cash and get the aquatimer.

sort of like this white face aquatimer here as well. its gotta be smarter to buy the one w bracelet and then just get the rubber strap as well pricewise i think

Thoughts on this watch for someone with relatively skinny wrists. Pretty much a dress watch right? 38mm and 15mm thick.
