Been eyeing Hamilton khaki fields for a while and really like the look of the all black, and the strap especially intrigues me.

I'm a complete watch noob, the style I like looks something like this, I don't know about Tommy Hilfiger as a watch brand?

I have head a lot good about Seiko within that price range (~200€), but haven't really seen any I like. Maybe any suggestions for something similar to this?

That's not a good brand or watch. Seiko and Orient are good brands in that price. Better watches that one reminds me of include the Stowa Antea, which would be around 900 euro, Junghans Max Bill for 565 euro, or perhaps the Graf Zeppelin watch that I own for 485 euro. All of these might be able to be had cheaper on the second-hand market.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, actually found a Seiko I might go look up in a shop. That Zeppelin is really nice though, might see if I can find it somewhere.

I'm waiting for my Graf Zeppelin 7680-1, pulled the trigger last week and it should be here by Friday. Heard bad things about the strap, so I bought one from Amazon Prime. Looks great imo, I'm breaking it in on another watch this week:

The Zeppelin strap isn't bad actually. It looks nice with the stitching and the leather is a decent quality. It doesn't feel amazingly comfortable like my Stowa, but doesn't bother me like the Steinhart. It's somewhere in the middle. I've never considered it a need to replace it. It's suitable.

I like both of those. Did Orient always make moonphase watches in that price range? I noticed them recently and can't believe I missed it when I bought my Orient a couple years ago.
