So basicly I could be buying a fake?
These sound like grey market watches, which (if this is the case) means they're real, they're just outside of the authorized distribution channel and have no warranty.
Watchmaxx, whoever that is, is not the exclusive supplier of watches to Amazon. Amazon IS an authorized dealer for some brands. You just have to look for who is actually selling the watch (e.g. both of the Omegas mentioned above are sold by third parties, who may or may not be authorized dealers).
