Not really, just seeing them enough made it click in my head. It's not my favorite line by any means but I appreciate them more today than I did yesterday.

Some of them I don't get at all.. they seem to love the 'eater' dials and some funky styles with crowns on the bottom side of the case. I like very few of the models, but the simpler ones are quite nice. Kodiak strap is a nice kicker.

And kind of a steal at $200k, imo.
That is so freakin' cool. The video on that page is great. From the rolling dice to the detail on the roulette wheel this gets an A+ for slickness.

Can anyone identify what Ricky Gervais wears in his most recent standup special and on An Idiot Abroad? It has a black rubber and steel band, and a round face.

Also I'm definitely NOT talking about the Monaco that he sometimes wears as well.

The best pic I've been able to find is this-

I like the white dial blue hands version more. a bit more classic.

funny that thats your first post : ) welcome.

If you like that style, I know Jacque Lemans makes one with the same 7751 movement for about $1000.

Accept no substitute.

Why the snobbery about not owning a Rolex?

I have no idea what you posted that in response to....

I also haven't encountered any snobbery about not owning Rolex in this thread.
