At the beginning, you aren't good at anything. It takes something you are passionate about and want to learn more about. If you are thinking "what am I good at?" before putting any effort into getting good at it, then you are putting the cart before the horse.
I cook for utilitarian reasons, meaning I don't want to poison myself. Anything more complex than making french-pressed coffee is annoying. I'll never be that good at cooking because it's less appealing than mopping my floors. I'll never be good at cooking.
So, start with something you wish you were doing more of. I like doing a few things, and I put a lot of effort into getting okay at it.
