If you are running your first draft, 7 people is plenty. It's not as easy as it looks, plus you are running a slow draft with 8 hour intervals (excluding overnight?). This draft is going to take over two weeks as it is, and it'll likely fizzle out before it's done at that pace. In any case, your "job" is to moderate, make decisions on valid picks, a lot of secretary work, and sending PMs to remind people it's their turn.

I only ran one draft a few years back. I think there was about 20 people with 15-ish categories to pick from. I ran it with 4 hour intervals, too bad if you are sleeping, and it took less than 2 weeks to finish. You don't have to go this extreme in this draft, of course, but I'd suggest dropping the interval to 4 hours between 7am to midnight, that way you have time to moderate it.

I was working from home at the time, so I had enough time to keep up with the draft I was running. When other drafts fall over, I sometimes take it over so it gets moving again, but I don't think I'll ever run my own draft again.

I appreciate the input but I a ran very successful draft in the past just was hoping for a few more people before getting this going.
