Jeannie

pluses: hot hot hot, magical powers, very subservient

minuses: apparently has no belly button

overall: a left field pick and one that should be rewarded...but why did you choose a photo that shows a 50 year old Jeannie instead of another one from the 70s?

score: [/b]8.5[/b]

HAha! is she 50 years old in that pic? Whoops, sorry. I was sooo tired and was apparently fixated on her hair thingy. also i really like that shade of pink, heheh Oh well, while I feel like a fool 8.5 is not at all bad for a 50-yr old. I'll take it!

Just wanted to add that I am still reading the thread and think it rocks. When the contest is over I will show some pictures of really great German actresses I thought about picking. Unfortunately there are almost no in-character pictures of them on the net...

I was thinking the same thing. After the score tallying is over posting the ones I debated. Just curious about what the response would be.

I think I am the last to go...

Olivia Newton John as Sandy in Grease.
(A very good example of the good to bad transformation)

pluses: cute accent, willing to become a sloot

minuses: slams Danny's balls in car door

overall: am I the only boy in America who liked Sandy better all sweet and cute than tarted up like a $5 hooker?

score: 8

Man I had such a huge crush on her in this show when I was a kid growing up. They would show reruns around 10AM on a local station and I would watch it in the summertime.

Genie >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>> Bewitched, amirite? (Also from that genre I also felt that Addams Family >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>> The Munsters, but that is off topic.)

Still, I am not ten anymore and my tastes have changed a bit.

score: 7.5

Tough. I thought she was mega-hot in this flick, but now she like Genie is dated, although the first pic is pretty timeless.

I just can't bring myself to give this a score in the 9s like the other more modern submissions. Also, I have repressed memories about this film that your post brought to the surface: there is a chain of bars called Maloney's that has an Irish theme that caters to a younger crowd. Anyway, one of their things was to play movie clips REALLY LOUD that people were supposed to stop and watch, and then they would follow it with a REALLY LOUD song, usually from that movie's soundtrack. Grease was one of the films they liked to show clips from. My ears ring just thinking about that.

As good a body as has ever been on the planet. Face is extraordinary too. She looked not only fantastic but actually young and vibrant well into her 40's. She remains a 10 for me and pretty much a fantasy of ideal aging.

I remember reading about how her daughter would bring home boyfriends who would instantly be struck dumb at how beautiful her mom was and lose interest in her.

Kate Beckinsale as Anna Valerious in 'Van Helsing'

pluses: pretty handy in a fight against vampires; looks good in a corset; would look better naked and in my bed (I meant to say that one)

minuses: falls for ridiculously handsome Creature of the Night killer

overall: Stunningly beautiful; strong character...what more could you want?

score:9.5
That first pic is a 10. Incredible.
Ugh, no. Her makeup is godawful in that pic.
Who cares? Her face is flawless, her hair incredible, and her eyes astounding. Btw I think the green chicks in Star Trek are HOT!

Oh man after being on top of this competition, i die with Scarlett on my hand, game is rigged obv imo etc.

I saved my personal favorite for the final, but it came one round too late

Well it was fun playing anyway

gg all. Well played.

This turned out to be a lot more difficult and time-consuming than I imagined. The odd thing I learned is that the core of 'hot actresses' in relatively recent movies in which I might expect the judges to know the characters is surprisingly small. Or maybe it's just my imagination

Good luck Katy. I might be putting myself at a disadvantage tipping my hand this early but I have a lot going on this weekend also (I'm off work soon) and don't want to keep judges and Loungers waiting so:

Elizabeth Shue as Sera in 'Leaving Las Vegas'

Lol, I thought for sure I'd be out after the Kate Beckinsale pic from Laurel Canyon. Then when I wasn't I thought for sure the Jeannie pic would do me in. Can't believe that I'm still in this contest and up against Chipwrecked, one of my favorite posters from my OOT days. Sweet!

gg Mrs. Utah and Number7. To be honest, I thought Number7 was going to win this thing.

ok, going to have to do some thinking on this last entry. It will be hard to beat Chip's final selection (especially that 2nd picture. omg, very sexy)

Yow, that is an off-the-wall, incredible pick. I had a bag full of hot characters I was going to use if I had advanced, but this is one that had not occurred to me, and it's better than any I had in the queue. The NSFW link is a special bonus, thankyouvurrymuch.

Katy has her work cut out for her. I can't wait.

Oh by the way good luck in the final, you have both doone very well all the way through.

It could be funny if Katy picked...

Did we agree on putting up a few "did not make the cut" characters after this great competition is over?

I was thinking Shue from another movie.
