I can "drop" 7lbs in ~12 hours...if I weighed myself at about midnight after drinking beer for 3 or 4 hours and eating, then again after jogging/biking/swimming/steam room the next day, I bet I'd go from 220ish to 213ish.
not exactly cutting weight, just more of a water thing obv. but weight does fluctuate a lot, especially if you drink a lot of water.
ARC, nothing specific even? that sucks, especially during the masters. I, for one, could have read about your 26 handicap at least 4 or 5 more times last weekend.
also, what kind of 220 are you? I work out almost every day and have been "stuck" at ~215 for months, but there's more weight in my shoulders/chest than stomach now.
I also ate 20 chicken wings and pizza the last two nights. lol
