I don't know if that's exactly how all of this is going to go down, but that's what I did.
Dave, welcome.

Condolences Mr BB.

Congrats dT

Dom,
I hate scary movies. Black Mirror is as scary as I want to go.
11-01-2018 , 06:56 PM
dom. they are known as trolls. watch the troll hunter. it is pretty hokey but i couldnt turn it off as it had a story to follow and wasnt scary more like an investigation.

finally some content and john wants to move it away.

I loved Troll Hunter... the "god" in The Ritual is a bit more than your standard troll, though.
11-01-2018 , 07:23 PM
ill go on this with you, and watch it on netflix.

no i prefer the vulcan mind meld rather than channeling.

unfortunately the zeno mind is impenetrable.

I just read a Robert Frost poem last night: now that was impenetrable (except the last line - I live in Vermont).

True, my cranium is as impenetrable as a steel ball bearing. But the inside is just soft mushy material of indeterminate composition. Like a Robert Frost poem.

Went out with four of my colleagues tonight, all women. One woman at the table next to us leaned over to me and said I was one lucky man. Of course I told her no. They're four lucky women.

no really.

Not bad but Vivaldi is much better:

11-04-2018 , 11:44 PM
Are you interested in the current revival of eighteenth-century Italian masters?

Not very. Vivaldi is greatly overrated—a dull fellow who could compose the same form so many times over. -- Igor Stravinsky

***

I'm kind of surprised that the philosophical quotes of Stravinsky aren't more popular. He'd definitely be up Zeno's alley.
