I think from memory there's 5 chapters alone on Canada which rated half a page in the thread. I couldn't put a percentage on it but that gives you an idea. I think the thread was a tad under 20K words - the book is 90K.

The cover is done and I'm happy to say that it's awesome. Now just working on the blurb for the back cover, (harder than I thought it'd be). We're also working on a few legal issues as we don't want to get sued. Changed a bunch of names as well. As soon as this is cleared up it will be full steam ahead.

Have you thought about Marketing/Social Media? I would recommend getting a facebook page/twitter set up to build a bit of momentum, include some teasers etc. Plenty of people would be happy to help spread the word. Also think about doing an AMA on Reddit. I've bought a ton of books off the back of interesting AMA's I've read.

Eagerly awaiting the release. Just wanted to put it out there that this thread has really forced me to think about the life I want to live.

I'm currently planning on leaving my job / heading to Europe for a month next June when my lease is up. Not sure what I'll do after that.

I have enough savings to go travelling, which i would LOVE to do, but what happens at the end of that? i come home and find another job? then im back to square 1...

I want to start my own business - ever since i was a kid ive had problems with authoritative figures, and every job i've had has ended in me being fired because of me simply because of disputes etc with my bosses

But.. if i start a business, how am i gona have time to actually live my life and travel and experience all these things ive been missing out on, that i see everyone else my age and younger doing?

That's a real dumbass reason to want to start a business. Running a business means you have MORE people telling you what to do: regulators, customers, etc.
