Sears, made by Kawai in Japan. He eventually made an endorsement deal and I think there may have even been a Hound Dog Taylor model. I used to have an electric Kawai. They have a unique sound.

in this track it's one of the very few times I've heard a traditional blues artist comment on the racial/social situation in the U.S.

also, he uses a flute which comes in about two thirds of the way thru the track
I've listened to lots and lots of traditional blues - I know I've never before heard a flute in one of those tracks

thanks for that, haven't seen it before

obviously an interesting connection to Clapton's past, but also to the past of a few other well known musicians.

i'm sure you know Mayall & the Blues Breakers covered that song as the first track of what ended up being known as the Beano Album released in '66.

Peter Green replaced Clapton in the Blues Breakers (when Clapton left to form Cream with Bruce and Baker) and has also identified All Your Love as the inspiration for Black Magic Woman

and of course Carlos took it to a different place
