Duster Bennett and Peter Green - 1968

Peter Green and other original members of Fleetwood Mac supported Duster and recorded a few tracks with him on his first album.

Duster died at the age of 30 after falling asleep at the wheel driving home after a night of playing with Memphis Slim

and i have to post Peter Green and Fleetwood Mac playing 'Oh Well' from the same era

and i'll finish by leaving this absolute beauty by Peter Green....wow....just wow...

King Curtis is so hard to classify since his music crossed between jass/blues/rhythm & blues/soul...and he even recorded with Waylon Jennings, Hendrix, and Duane Allman

since i'm not 100% sure which thread to post this in, i'll just leave it here

Can't remember if I've posted much Jazz Gillum here. He was very influential, but not widely know. It's sad, the number of harp players who were killed in the street. Sonny Boy I, Little Walter, Jazz Gillum.
