Finally got Razor, the two-hour stand alone movie between Seasons Three and Four.

It takes place on board Pegasus, the 2nd Battlestar that survives the initial Cylon attack on the Colonies.

Wow. I don't know why I'm still surprised at how good this show is, but Razor was terrific. I can't recall a show this side of The Sopranos that is so...Shakespearean in its scope. Intricate, shocking and incredibly moving.

And it's got me thinking that maybe...just maybe...the show's creators are not going to end the show on a happy note - all this talk about Kara Thrace being the "Harbinger of Death," and all...

I kept hearing how great it was, so i bought the 4-hour mini-series that starts the series off....and it was great....i then bought Seasons 1-3....Season 4 had alread started by then so i caught up online, and then watched it on TV like everyone else.

You can watch the series in its entirety online at scifi rewind.

i don't think you can watch the mini-series online, tho. Blockbuster/Netflix should have it....or if you're desperate, i'll send you mine!

Seriously, Battlestar Galactica is the best TV drama I've ever seen, after the West Wing. Fantastic show.

I have a real letdown feeling now not unlike that felt by 'Sopranos' or 'The Wire' fans.

I know we still have episodes to go, but at this point I barely care.

Brag: We made it to Earth!

Beat: It's been nuked.

Variance: Maybe we just landed in Brooklyn.

I sincerely hope this picks up steam upon its return. I'm now bitterly disappointed in this show; particularly considering how DAMN good it was for three seasons.

I'm still on catchup - up to episode 13 of season 3. I'm finding this season very interesting and kind of introverted. We have a lot of self-analysis and the adulterous relationship of Apollo and Starbuck, the whole issue of what and who Baltar is in relation to both humanity and the Cylons, and a lot of dark and claustrophobic drama. The humour that Baltar used to bring has been entirely leeched out of the series, which is a shame (it's about the only humour in the series), but it doesn't diminish the show particularly

You've gotten me hooked on this TV show, just from watching the mini-series...and I can't understand why I keep getting Starbuck and the blonde Cylon confused...at first I thought it was the same actress/character...just one was alive and one was dead....sigh...this better not get as bad as my Soprano obsession last year...

I thought the first episode of the first regular season, '33', was one of the best hours of TV evar.

I saw a web clip with interviews of the stars "My Favorite Episode" and it was mentioned multiple times.

I thought the episode that you're both referring to was named "Waiting", not "33" which is why I was confused.
