Behind the women's tees. Played to a much more forgiving 5900 yards.

What color are senior tees? back when I played it was blue = pro, white = mens, red = ladies

edit: and as a junior player we sometimes used the red
09-14-2019 , 04:38 PM
Senior tees are gold. They made the par threes easier.

haven't played from the old men tees yet.....although, if I play in any tournaments this year, I will be able to.
09-14-2019 , 05:49 PM
it gets you old slow players off the course faster as well.
09-14-2019 , 06:15 PM
I play fast anyway. Even if my swing has deteriorated badly.

heh, I used to play with my grandpa as a kid. He didn't hit it far, but he more than made up for it by being dead straight and killer around the green. Didn't waste any time either. Don't think I ever beat him.

edit: come to think of it, I still have a driver he modified for me by putting some lead sinkers in the base. Always like a club with a heavy head.
Melvin, but everyone called him Pete.

One of my grandfathers, with whom I lived for six years (my parents and brothers lived upstairs), was John, but everyone called him by his middle name, Roy. He had a load of tattoos.

I don't want to know what's on the side of the glass.

It looks like "splatter" got in it at a horse track.

it looks like brown sugar and raisins to me wrapped in some kind of maple syrup mix. mmmm if that was really it.

so wtf is it?

Glad I'm not alone in thinking that looks awful.

Only Martini I've really enjoyed is this heavenly local offering. It's ridiculously good and there's no crap stuck to the glass.

That's pretty liberal in the naming of a Martini. If it doesn't have gin and it doesn't have vermouth it don't get to be called a martini! That sounds more like a bastardized Black Russian.

you can have a vodka mrtini. but rich's is over the top and would be fun to try.

Espresso martinis are great, too. But not a good late night drink.
09-16-2019 , 01:46 AM
Why is the chocolate and peanut butter hanging off the side of the glass like that?
09-16-2019 , 08:55 AM
To eat, of course. Ah, Summer! And Glory Days; Lounge LC Thread

you would get broken glass in your mouth if you take a hard bite john. i suggest you stick to paper cups.

I've managed to negotiate those martinis just fine so far. On Saturday I sipped bourbon. Much more gentlemanly.

My students get a laugh when I tell them my email is jcole. Like they think I never heard of J Cole.
