May be driving to Chicago next week. Friend who gave me his beach house in Narragansett a couple weeks ago ruptured his Achilles tendon while in RI, and he needs to get his car and him back to Chicago.

Side note: his brother's wife had her leg broken by Dom De Louise's son who fell on her during a play years ago.

why dosnt he have a beach house on lake michigan. its closer and nicer than there.

and why doesnt he fly back and rent a car for a few weeks then come back for another vacation and drive home.

He's from RI and comes from a huge family, so he spends a few weeks in RI every year.

Besides, I got nothing better to do.

Got another critter of unknown species in the house again lol. I heard scratching opposite a bathroom wall one day, then today definitely heard it rummaging in the kitchen.

Any recommendations, fam?

I'm pretty certain it's not a mouse or rat, so that standard vitamin K compromising poison doesn't work.

first get things clean so no food is available for rats or mice. they arent coming in to listen to your music.

get a rat trap and bait it for a day or two but dont set it. this way its a food source for them or him and they are not afraid and get caught the next time when you set it.
rats are smart and if you miss them they will avoid the trap from then on.

Rat traps are for wimps. Use good bait and then Shotgun that sucker. BB size shot; 12-gauge. Any collateral damage is recompensed by the sheer joy of the kill.
