What I'm railing against is the trend of young men using porn as more than that - it's a way of life for some of them. Porn IS their sex life; or, at the least, it's the pinnacle of their life - something they aspire to be like.
That's my main complaint - Porn as a way of life.
This is kind of like giving a handgun to a chimp and expecting him to understanding the impact of pulling the trigger, which is something that is eventually going to happen.
Unfortunately, the young adults? exposed to the stuff you're talking about are not capable of appreciating that what they're watching is *not real* (so to speak). There is no other reference point for what it means to have healthy sexual relationship. In the absence of anything else, porn becomes the way to act. The way to do it. Hard to blame them for not knowing any better.
I'm not hating on you btw. Love much of your stuff on here. Your well is great and the new and improved draft is very cool.
