started off as twister cocktails until the blender broke. turned into vodka + pure orange juice/orange lucazade and somehow mutated into a bottle of rose that was left behind by someone at a previous occasion.
I just made a fairly decent strawberry wine. It took a lot longer than expected but came out >15% abv, with a pretty decent flavor and clarity. Anyways I'm drinking that tonight.
It's basically the amount of yeast food you put into the mix versus the amount of stuff still in the mix after the yeast stops eating sugar and pooping alcohol.
