Quick edit. I actually moved home for good in 2015 not 2013 like I mentioned in the last update.Not sure if a mod could change it for me.

Anyways quick story.

So this kid Jeff who was a friend of mine and mentioned in the thread a few times. Even a couple pics of him. He was the tall guy in the picture I posted when I was working for the real estate company.

Jeff had been getting into taking painkillers. There was this local pharmacy that was selling xanax and percs to foreigners. Him and a couple other guys had been taking them here and there. I never ****ed with them of course because of my history.He ended up using too much and got kind of addicted.

So the night before my engagement party Jeff was smoking what he thought was some opium.He offered me some, think I even inhaled a puff or 2 which was a bad idea as I felt like **** the next day during the party.Turns out later I found out it was not opium but full blown china white Heroin... and a few months later Jeff was hooked bad.

After I moved back I heard he got worse.He would skype me looking for money. I saw some pictures of him and the dude lost all kinds of weight. He was a mess. Couple of us tried to reach out to his family and get him out of there.

He then ended up stealing laptops from tourists and was selling them to a local computer shop to support his habit. He owed everyone money. The mafia and police were both looking for him. He finally ended up getting caught and thrown in to a jail in Vietnam. They ended up sentencing him to a year plus. I heard he is scheduled to get out in July or something.

I'm done reading the thread, gratz on the car dealing gig. I do that part time with my cousin, we make anywhere between 600 to 1500 per cars. I wonder how many Cars a month I can sell without paying taxes and having a license. Btw your wife is stunning, well played. Would be interesting to hear more about Jeff and how his life in Vietnamese prison as a white guy.

yea That's a similar margin to what we make. We average around 900 a car.

I assume I will hear the story at some point of what it was like for him in there. If and when I do I'll share it. Very curious myself.

excellent thread and so awesome how it came full circle. HUGE thanks for sharing and letting many of us live vicariously through you.
