Like I said we are just getting into the wage growth I, and many economists, predicted when the tax cut came. The tax cut isn’t a one time cash bonus for companies and with low unemployment companies are going to have no choice but compete for talent.
3.9% isn’t anything to sneeze at after decades of little to no wage growth for the poor and middle classes.
By the way, whoever I asked to google the list of companies who gave raises or bonuses after the tax cut please report back when you are done reading them. Also, remember that reading on your phone for a few hours straight is bad for your eyes so take some breaks.
