Please allow me to explain. You can dress up as a cat and it can be considered slutty depending on what clothes you wear for your cat costume. This would avoid cultural appropriation as far as I am concerned and be ok.

However, you could also dress up a slutty Pocahontas. This would obviously be in violation of cultural appropriation and not be ok.

I already have a good start on a platform. The intent of OC2A was not for me personally to run for president, but to turn things around. However, I might have to consider running for office.
