Hello fidstar,

I do not believe this would have happened under Obama's watch. However, it was impossible for Obama to be president since the completion of his 2nd term, which ended January 20.

I believe this episode, along with all the other episodes since January 20th, is proof that we need to take a hard look at the 22nd amendment and wonder if it should be abolished.

rebuilding houston after trump rescinded climate change regulations on infrastructure will be throwing good money after bad. houston has flooded 3 times in 3 years, this is the worst one yet i IMAGINE there might be more flooding in the future

Hello Majik,

I do not know if dogs masturbate or not. However, if they can, I see no reason why they should be prevented from pleasuring themselves. As you said, it prevents dogs from having relations with a human's leg, which that human may or may not approve of. While I think dogs should not do that without consent, this has been something society has looked away from, and if a dog can masturbate, this solves another problem.
