I would create law that would mandate double the maximum sentence for any felony committed by someone that creates or enforces law. i.e. politicians, judges, law enforcement.

Create a law that mandates people clean up their nasty, fungus infested feet so they dont have to wear socks with their sandals...and if your feet are just plain ugly, you cant wear sandals to begin with.
