I didn't actually kidnap anybody. Was convicted of a conspiracy on the word of my co-defendent. The co-defendent was in the car with us at the time we got arrested and claimed that he had been coerced in to taking someone hostage which he claimed we were about to do when we got arrested. His word against mine and I lost. Unfortunately for me there were cable ties in the car which kind of backed his story up

No to everything apart from seedy guard behaviour. Saw a lot of phones and drugs being brought in to the prison by guards

Played cards and lifted weights. The worst part is the constant boredem and being cut off from the outside world. There really isn't much to do which is why most people resort to taking drugs to pass the time
