I think some people subconscientiously make New Year's resolutions, they just had the holidays where they drank like fish and ate a ton of unhealthy foods and feel gross. They then get back into routine and decide hey I'm gonna work out. I had to intentionally delay working out until the 14th of January so it wouldn't be a new year's resolution.
Also I have been taking really gross ****s the past couple of weeks, just when I started to pick up the cardio part of my workout with some intense rowing, is this the result of losing fat?
