OK update: First off yeah she has a rep, because she's done this with me before and always paid up so its never been an issue. Hidden Beat: she's also my ex girlfiend Well now its become a redicilously serious issue. So I tell her that if she doesn't pay up I'm gonna send the email etc etc. She's been busy with some stuff so I have been very understanding with it and have been giving her extensions. So today we're going to lunch and are supposed to get this done at this point. Well we get in a big fight and she tells me how she hates me, and I need to lose her number, and how if I died tomorrow she wouldn't care. So she gets out of my car and won't let me take her home and we don't do anything. So I guess she goes to her parents about this and tells them I'm harrassing her and blackmailing her. What she tells them is I have stuff on her and all year have made her do sexual things threatening that if she didn't I would come forward with this. Obv very far from the truth. So, what's my new play?

I think that alone takes a lot of her credibility away. Why would you blackmail her for sexual favors by doing her work for her. That makes no sense.

So if you can prove you wrote the paper, then you need to forward that evidence to her teacher. Then lose her number.

just make sure if you can prove that she didnt write the paper, that you do not get in trouble for it.

You don't want this going further than it has. Talk to her, let her use the paper in exchange for forgetting any of the blackmail you attempted ever happened. You don't get any ass, but at least you don't have to get a lawyer. Now lose her number.

you obviously ****ed it up badly by not collecting while giving her the finished paper, but as played you should have just let it slide for awhile (nothing good can come from emailing the proffesor, obviously) and next time you guys were at a party or at the bar etc just play it cool and say something smoothly like "hey dont you owe me a little somethin somethin...."

oh, and the whole situation is sad...very sad.

She has forced him to pull out the paper. It is his best move. It is pre-emptive and will make her charges ring hollow. He needs to go to the teacher and say he felt guilty about it and thought he ought to know. It paints her in a bad light and makes anything she says look like spiteful revenge.

It is only smart move right now, because she is crazy.
