Is it possible to get an autograph from the real Unabomber guy, I think his name is Ted Kaczynski. Isn't he in some max-security prison in Idaho or somewhere? I'm trying to update my autograph collection of wierd people. Do they let you just show up at the prison and ask to meet him or what?

He's actually in a supermax facility outside of Florence, Colorado.

You could try writing to him, but you would probably have to do something to impress him before he would respond...

Yeah, I thought of that and wasn't sure what line to take. If I tried to sympathize with him he'd probably read right thru that. I wonder if my best bet is just to be honest and write him and say I want his autograph. Would prison officials let him pass an autograph to a visitor?

Send him a check for $5 and when he cashes it request the check from the bank and he will have signed the back to endorse it.

Unless he just stamps it with the name of his Cayman Island holding company like I do, then in that case your screwed.
