Leaving the panic room and hoping I just get another beating.

I'm taking this option. I might have to cut them loose before 12 years are up because I will be near 50 when I start this but I'll try to keep the pencil sharpened.

I'm on a new diet which is gluten free and dairy free so I'm going to need that pickle for a little flavor.

The choice of topic for the movie is: Chick Flick.
Which Chick Flick do you choose?

I'm going with Notting Hill. That movie never gets old with me.

Re: The question of the day thread
96 hours would be roughly 64 times in a row. I couldn't watch any movie that many times without hating it. Any choice is torture.
Steel Magnolias--just to watch Julie Roberts die over and over.

I'm gonna need some speed to stay awake for 96 hours, but for a million dolaras, I'd watch a tampon commercial on continuous loop.

Re: The question of the day thread
Serious question: When a great TV show starts to go south--how long do you give it until you give up and move on?

depends how great it was and how south it went.
For instance Dexter Season 5 and 6 was pretty bad (but not too bad) and I watched them. Season 7 was soooooo bad but I watched it all the way through because I knew it would be the last Season. However if that last season had been in Season 5 or 6 I would have dropped it mid season.

Bro, move on. Courtney Cox was playing a role in a work of fiction. The restraining order you got from all of the 'attention' you lavished her with is REAL.

Dexter is the exact show I was thinking of with this question. Seasons 1-4 were AMAZING. After that it died a God-awful death. I now refer to something that was great that turned into crap as "Gone Dexter".
