Re: The question of the day thread

How long do you sit in front of your computer per day?
Does that depress you?
Am I depressing you now?
I'm sorry.

Hours on end. Sometimes all day and night.

Quote:
Does that depress you?
Only when I think of things I would rather do but realize I am far too lazy and fearful of success to accomplish anything in life.

Am I depressing you now?
A little bit but I am making bread(on its second rise) so I'll get over it.

Am I sorry?
FYP as it needed to be in the form of a question. In a strictly traditional sense you should serve a self-imposed temp ban for violating the Question of the Day rules.

Spoiler:

That being said, you are one sorry SOB, so hang around.

Re: The question of the day thread

Jesus comes up to you (because you are mates with him) and says that the world has an over population problem and that within 100 years we are going to drain all the resources off the planet and become extinct (100% certainty). He then shows you a button that you can press to instantly kill off 50% of the worlds population. He says this will ensure the ongoing existence of the human race. The dead are at random. It could be you, it could be your family, it could be Richard Simmons. Do you press the button?

Better than asking him if he wanted to build an ark.

NO, it is his job to play GOD, not mine. He could have been taking care of this all along by insisting on birth control 2000 years ago and now he is laying it at my feet to clean up his mess. No wonder I am a non-believer.

instead of murdering half of mankind, jesus could be less lazy and make the earth bigger to support more life.
