And the answer is a particular dish (e.g. Ham and Cheese Pizza or Steak with mashed potato and broccoli), not something general like Chinese or Buffet etc

You know they are not going to kill or hurt you (i.e. you are going somewhere where you can breathe and they aren't inserting things), but that is all you know. You could be locked up in a room most of the time and be experimented on (no-harm experiments) or you could end up in some place where woman outnumber men 100 to 1 and all look like supermodels and fantasies about sleeping with aliens. However it is most likely something in between.

You will return after what would appear to you as being 5 years, but in Earth time it would be a week. And you would have only aged a week.
