i have a question:

so my sister left her work boots out from, working at the local supermarket yesterday. the dog has subsequently chewed them up and there is **** all over the floor. she knows it's thee because she had to pass it this morning to leave the house. when she got back she proceeded NOT to clean it. I then proceeded to get a broom and clean up all the big bits of the shoe while the dog tried to jump at the broom and be an annoying ****. there is still a pile of **** in the middle of the floor:

whose job is it to clean it up and who should vac and mop the floor. bear in mind I did it last time the time before that and every time before that for ions.
