Okay, so the clitoris is a small physical feature made of corpus cavernosum. This means it fills with blood and is technically protruding from the body. Enlargement can occur naturally, as in strong development of the tissue resulting in a larger amount of tissue to engorge with blood, or artificially with usage of hormones or other medications/medical abnormalities.

The question is: How abnormally large and protruding does the clitoris have to be before you won't touch it orally?

The protrusion is obviously measured from the base of the clitoris, which would generally the the body. Literally just the extended distance from tip top of the clit-clot to the biddiliy bodily.

Barring other random physical abnormalities that would exacerbate the protrusion (maybe an overly developed pelvic humperdoodle)
