Do you guys have a cheap pen that you like?

I want something that I don't have to worry about losing, but also feels good.

I recently read a news report about people who love to watch puss being removed from ingrown hairs, pimples etc. The article stated that people find watch these vids as a form of stress relief and enjoyment.
