Jonah Falcon, the record holder at present time, complains(thinly veiled brag IMO) that he gets "used" by women for sex regularly, leaving him unfulfilled. Most recently, he had a problem with TSA while going through security at an airport. He couldn't get the guy to believe that it was his penis when the TSA agent hit it during a pat down. The pat down was done because of the huge bulge in his pants.

He also turned down an obvious career in porn because he has been trying to be a mainstream actor for years and didn't want to hurt that.

If you get pulled over by a cop for speeding. Say you're going 15mph over, what is appropriate amount to bribe this guy? I mean, if you don't offer enough, you'll offend him and he'll arrest you. But, the ticket is only going to be like $200. Is the risk not worth it?

How fast were you going?
80 in a 65, you should kick the cop in the nuts for wasting your time.
35 in an active school zone, in TX, you're gonna get the chair.
Context is important in this scenario.

You say the cop is male. What kind of male. Crazy ex-marine power tripper, Cletus the town idiot, average Joe schlub working nights to put himself through school, whackjob rapist with a badge....

If you (specifically you, not a general you people) were stopped in my neighborhood, you'd be tazed as soon as the cop got a look at you. Attempted bribery would def lead to imprisonment and rape.

All that doesn't answer your question, but I hope it helps you get your mind right BEFORE you go out endangering people's lives.

Where do they give you a $200 ticket for 15 over the limit?

In my neighborhood they pull you over and if you look shady, point the taser at you, while yelling, "Driver, let's see your hands out the window! NOW!" You start evacuating your bowels and praying.

Always take the ticket unless the cop specifically solicits the bribe first. Don't trap yourself.
