I use to drink a couple of coffees a day for years up to about 2004. Then I just made a decision that I would drink water instead. I've probably had less than 10 cups of coffee since. Found it really easy to give up.

I don't get it why people give up on things they don't have to just to prove a point. I hope I'm not killing myself slowly with coffee.
I hereby cease the derail, and to answer your question, coffee obvs.

My girlfriend doesn't like the smell of coffee.
I assume I have taken in less calories because of it (and the associated biscuits/snacks associated with coffee).
My teeth probably are better than they would have been.
When I was working I probably was more efficient when I wasn't sitting around waiting for my coffee to be ready.
And obviously not being addicted to coffee has allowed me to be addicted to more fun stuff, like crack.
